About
Hi, I’m Dale. I started this business to combine three things I care about: making high-quality parts, solving production challenges, and helping other companies succeed. With lean tools and hands-on engineering under one roof, we can spot an obstacle today, improve the process tomorrow, and deliver parts that keep your line moving.
Beyond production work, I occasionally take on custom projects that push boundaries and test new ideas. These projects keep me sharp, challenge my problem-solving skills, and ultimately make my contract manufacturing stronger.
Who I Am
For more than a decade I’ve worked as an engineer and manager in manufacturing and operations supporting ISO-certified plants, OEMs, and early-stage startups. Along the way I’ve helped reduce scrap by $250k per year on manufacturing lines and lowered inventory by more than 80 % with straightforward product design and Kanban inventory improvements. The common thread: steady processes and small, measurable gains.
